Woman caught repeatedly throwing puppy into lake, police refuse to take action

We all want our canine friends to learn new things and behave well when around the house and when we take them out for walks.

However, we have to make sure we teach them to do such things in a nice way that won’t, in any way, harm or terrorize them. This way, they will trust us and next time we want to teach them a new thing in their life, it will be way easier.

Woman Caught Repeatedly Throwing Puppy Into Lake, Police Refuse To Take Action - I Love My Dog So Much

Apparently, the lady we are talking about today doesn’t share the same opinion with us.

Elijah Boggs from Vermillon just recently caught on a footage a woman cruelly tossing a scared puppy in the chilly, choppy waters of Lake Erie at a local beach. This video shared by the man caught the attention of many social media users and went viral.

In the footage we are talking about you can see that each time the pup goes out of the water – soaking and shivering – the woman throws him in again.

As the video goes on, you can hear Elijah calling out the woman for her merciless act. The woman responds that she wants her puppy to learn swimming. It looks like the fact that she is threatening the puppy’s life and putting it in danger through her actions, is pretty unconcerning for her.

As the woman doesn’t care much about what Elijah has to say, throws the terrorized puppy in the water for the third time. There was nothing left to do for Elijah except threatening the woman to call the police and the woman finally stops. Elijah eventually did report the woman’s actions to the police, however, his pleas were ignored and no action was taken.

After the video hit the net by storm, the Police were forced to track down the woman. The prosecutor’s office and Animal Protective League officers found the puppy to be in good health. The woman’s actions weren’t considered to be “malicious” so they let the woman go.

See the video where the woman wants to “teach” the dog to “swim”  and be the judge of those actions yourself.
