When a London family found the little fox baby named Puggle in their garden the animal was only a couple of weeks old, he was so scared and confused.

The rescuers immediately contacted the  National Fox Welfare Society (NFWS) and the little one was taken in by them.

“When Puggle first came in he would often, like many of the cubs on the bottle, would just fall asleep in your hands after having his meal,” the NFWS told The Dodo. “So it was just a case of eat and sleep, every four hours.”

Puggle that was all alone and didn’t have a mother to love and comfort him was facing big difficulties.

Thankfully it didn’t take long for the sweet animal to find a friend, the sweet fox best friend was a bunny toy, as you imagine everyone melted seeing little animal cuddling his new friend.

He loved to snuggle next to his favorite toy, they became inseparable even sleeping together.

“Puggle has a love hate relationship with it,” the NFWS told Bored Panda. “When he is tired, he loves to snuggle up to the rabbit, but after eating and full of play, he likes to shake the rabbit and throw it around.”

Thanks to those kind rescuers the baby fox is now healthy and will soon be “integrated with other cubs his own age and size, in preparation for his eventual release back to the wild,” according to the NFWS.

But until that time comes the sweet animal enjoys his time along with his bunny friend at the facility.
